Denis Collins

Denis Collins was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Collins O’Brien in May 2026.

He brings extensive industry experience and valuable insight to support the continued growth and development of the business.

He is also Managing Director of Farm Business Advisers Ltd. and Collins O’Meara Ltd., both based at F.B.A. House, and has over 25 years’ experience in agricultural consultancy, compulsory purchase orders, and valuation.  He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural & Land Management and an MBA from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, England, and also holds a Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency from Cork Institute of Technology.  Throughout his career, Denis has specialised in valuation and negotiation relating to Compulsory Purchase Orders for road and infrastructural developments.  He has extensive experience in valuation, agronomy, and land acquisition matters, having worked on numerous acquiring authority schemes across Ireland. 

Denis combines vast agricultural and valuation knowledge with strong commercial and strategic business expertise, offering practical, client-focused guidance across the farming, land, and property sectors.
